Solutions · Prisons and county jails
Stop the drop. Find the package.
We spot drones smuggling into prisons and jails, including the ones RF detectors can’t hear, and show your officers where the package landed. Then we hand investigators evidence that holds up.

The problem
Smugglers learned to turn the radio off.
Most drone detectors listen for the radio link between drone and pilot. A drone flying pre-programmed waypoints with that link off passes unheard. And even when a detector fires, it doesn’t tell officers where the package landed.
Today
With Stillsky Track
Today: Your RF detector hears nothing when a drone flies a pre-programmed route with its link off.
With Stillsky: Acoustic and vision sensing catch it anyway, and RF still adds identity when it’s there.
Today: You find out when a phone turns up in a cell search.
With Stillsky: You get an alert while the drone is still on its way in.
Today: Officers know a drone flew over, but not where the package fell.
With Stillsky: Pathfinder marks the drop zone, so officers get there first.
Today: No footage, no track, no case.
With Stillsky: A hash-chained evidence pack with a timestamped clip, in open formats investigators can import.
Vendor-neutral
Keep the sensors you own.
Pathfinder fuses the RF sensors and cameras your facility already owns with Watchposts, and delivers alerts where your team already looks.
- Existing RF detectors and radar, ingested through Connect
- Genetec and Milestone VMS: alerts, tracks and clips on the screens your control room uses
- Evidence packs in open formats investigators can import
- Phone, SMS and radio alerts for officers on the yard

County jails
Built for the facilities big vendors skip.
Statewide contracts tend to cover state prisons. County jails and mid-size facilities face the same drones with smaller budgets and thinner night shifts. Track Lite is $2,500 a month with a one-day install, and Stillsky Watch can monitor overnight for you.

Why now
The law and the money both arrived in 2026.
The SAFER SKIES Act (signed December 18, 2025) extends counter-drone authority to trained and certified state, local, tribal and territorial law enforcement and correctional agencies. The DOJ/DHS rule took effect on July 1, 2026, with separate tiers for detection and for mitigation. Federal Register
The FY2026 Byrne JAG local solicitation names equipment or services for the detection, tracking or identification of drones, with applications due in October 2026. C-UAS purchases need BJA prior approval. BJA solicitation

More on eligibility: who can buy Track and Intercept.
Keep it. Pathfinder can ingest it through Connect and fuse it with acoustic and vision sensing, which catch the radio-silent drones RF misses. Your pilot compares the two side by side.
